Tax planning and compliance services for foreign nationals relocating to the U.S., taking into account immigration status, physical presence and applicable tax treaties. Tax planning and compliance for foreign investors on how to structure U.S. investments in light of FIRPTA, tax treaties and other tax laws applicable foreign ownership of U.S. businesses and assets.
